No, Coaching can be done over the phone, via video chat, Direct Messaging, Email or Texting. In person communication is not necessary.
Sessions are 60 minutes. Sessions can be weekly, monthly or daily if needed. Whichever is best to meet the needs of the client.
Yes, I invite all clients to a free 30 minute session to determine if we are a good fit. This also gives the client an opportunity to see the benefit of coaching.
